The Bahrain national athletics team departed today to the Arab Republic of Egypt to participate in the 12th Arab Athletics Championships for under-18.

The event, which will take place from September 5 to 9, will see wide participation from Arab national teams. This participation comes as part of the Bahrain Athletics Federation's efforts to enhance the Kingdom's presence in regional championships, and to provide opportunities for interaction and competition for male and female athletes, which will contribute to developing their technical levels and preparing them for upcoming events.
