Runner Birhanu Balew achieved second place in the Ras Al Khaimah International Half Marathon, after recording a time of 58:21 minutes.
The previous record was held by Bahraini runner Ibrahim Jirobin, with a time of 58:40 minutes, since September 17, 2017, in a race held in the Danish capital, Copenhagen.
