Bahrain's athletics team participates in the Arab Championship in Egypt

The Bahrain national athletics team is participating in the 3rd Arab Athletics Championships for Under-23 and the 1st for Under-16, hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt from July 18 to 24, 2026, with the participation of elite Arab teams. The Bahraini team's participation reflects the Bahrain Athletics Federation's commitment to strengthening the Kingdom's presence in Arab sporting events and providing its athletes with opportunities to gain competitive experience, thus contributing to the development of their technical skills and honing their abilities in preparation for upcoming competitions. The Bahraini delegation is headed by the Director of National Teams, Mr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Mohammed, and includes a number of athletes and technical and administrative staff, with high hopes of achieving commendable results that reflect the advanced standing Bahraini athletics has attained on the Arab stage.
