Olympic champion runner Salwa Eid Naser continued her tradition of breaking records and achieving successes, winning the Diamond League title in the women's 400m race for the third time in her career.

Salwa Eid shone at the Zurich meeting, taking first place in the race with a time of 48.70 seconds, a new meeting record. She outperformed Dominican runner Paulino, who finished second with a time of 49.23 seconds, and Norwegian runner Jaeger, who finished third with a time of 49.49 seconds.

Salwa Eid set a new record at the Zurich meeting and officially won the Diamond League title in the women's 400m race for the 2025 edition, cementing her position as one of the most prominent runners in this race after winning the silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
